Please read the following Terms of Service completely before using The Pencil Box site, which is operated by Pencil Box Creative Design Pty (Ltd). This agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the site. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms you may not access the service.

Intellectual Property
The site and all of its original content are the sole property of The Pencil Box and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Purchases
The purchase of any product or service made available through the service, will require you to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your proof of payment and written consent from The Pencil Box.

Payment
All payments are due according to The Pencil Box contract between the buyer and The Pencil Box. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any purchases.

Subscriptions
Some aspects of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance and as per The Pencil Box contract between the buyer and The Pencil Box.

Content
Our services allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material/content. You are responsible for the correct crediting of all services and artwork created by The Pencil Box, with the correct site links referring back to The Pencil Box. Correct credit MUST be given to The Pencil Box and no material/content can be seen as created/produced by you.

Links to Other Web Sites
Our Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Pencil Box. The Pencil Box has no control over, and assumes no liability for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you further acknowledge and agree that The Pencil Box shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with use or reliance on any such third-part content, goods or services.

The Pencil Box reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the site.
